In need of a New Year reboot? Relax, refresh and recharge on our Fitness and Wellness retreat in conjunction with Dojo Gym and Serenity Spa.
Over the course of the three days, you will take part in a diverse range of activities including cardio, strength, mobility, Natural Movement Fitness, bush walks and restorative spa treatments that will benefit your mind, body and soul.
Dojo Wellness Club Coach - Ivan Mugambi
Ivan is a MovNat Level 1 & Level 2 certified trainer at Dojo Wellness Club. He is known as the “Doctor of Movement" because of his unique approach to making your body move more and move better. He is also a certified spin instructor and pro cyclist, who loves exploring the outdoors and pushing himself beyond the limit. Ivan aspires to leave a positive impact on the lives of the people that he trains, helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
Enasoit Camp, Laikipia
Enasoit Camp is a small, luxury tented camp in Laikipia which can accommodate up to 16 guests and is the ideal location to relax, rebalance and rejuvenate in a peaceful, healing environment. The only guests staying in the camp and conservancy will be those taking part in the fitness retreat. One of the most distinctive features of Enasoit Camp is the extraordinary wildlife activity at the waterhole just in front of the camp mess tent.
Serenity Spa
Serenity Spa opened its doors to Nairobi’s spa lovers in 2013 with the aim of refreshing, rejuvenating and rebalancing its customers. With a team of highly trained therapists and top-quality products, Serenity maintains the standards of a world-class spa offering premiere wellness and holistic services to its clients.

All activities mentioned in the programme including all group exercise sessions, three one hour Serenity Spa treatment per day, all meals and drinks.
The programme is based on a three-night stay and clients are required to stay for the whole of the programme to get the full benefits of the retreat.
You can expect delicious and nutritionally balanced meals throughout your whole stay.
